    We use third party parcel operators to ship your order.

    USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia: Fedex

    As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automatically generated email from the parcel operator with a track and trace number.

    Not home? Both parcel operators will try to deliver the order the following day. In total both operators will try to deliver the order twice. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, you will receive a note from the parcel operator with pick up information.

    The risk of damage and/or loss of products lies with Four Leaves until the moment of delivery to the consumer, unless specifically agreed upon otherwise.

    If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card details or other financial information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed.

    We also cannot remove items from an existing order. Instead, please return any unwanted items once you receive your order.
