Elaine Groenestein is the C.E.O. and Founder of Four Leaves. We want to introduce her as she steps forward to drive Four Leaves into the future.
Elaine comes from a diverse cultural background. Her mother hails from Tanzania, and her father is Dutch. Her eclectic upbringing and background inspire her vision for Four Leaves to value equality and inclusivity, especially among women and children.
Her goals are simple. Empower women in the workplace, education, and their lives - a value that infiltrates every aspect of Four Leaves. Reflecting this commitment, our team is now proudly composed entirely of women, dedicated to enabling a collaborative and supportive work environment.
